I need to change my order.


If you decide that you don't want an item that you just ordered or realize that you ordered the wrong item/s,
as long as your order has not shipped yet, the easiest option is to either just place a new order with the correct items and then contact us to cancel the original order, or contact us first to cancel and then place a new order. Because there is more than one person processing orders, an order change requires coordination & correspondence between 3-4 people just to make sure the change gets implemented, whether it involves just 1 item or 20. Not to mention it will significantly create delays in getting your order shipped out. Please make your order selections very carefully and review your shopping cart thoroughly before checking out.


I received the wrong items from what I ordered.


If you live in the United States and you received the wrong item/s from what you ordered, send an email to bobby@blueberrydiapers.com for a Return/Exchange form and a prepaid return shipping label to send the incorrect items back to us. You will be sent the correct items as soon as we receive your returned package.  You may also want to read our
Return Policy.

To fill out the Exchange & Return form:
1. Under DESIRED ACTION: check EXCHANGE/REPLACE
2. Under REASON FOR RETURN: check WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED
3. Then list the item/s that you received in error in the first table.
4. On the second table, list the item/s you originally ordered or what you want for replacements.

For international customers, please contact us for other options.


I just got my order and want to exchange an item for a different color/size/diaper style.

Return Policy.


How long does it take to get exchange/replacement items?


It usually takes us a week to process exchanges/returns. If you used the Prepaid Return label to ship your items back to us, it will generally take 1-2 weeks longer than normal for us to receive your package. The reason for this is because the US postal service will need to verify the account validity of the return postage label.  If you would like for us to receive your package sooner, you may use other alternative methods of shipping. We cover the costs of shipping items back to us when Prepaid Return label is used, but we do not refund return shipping costs incurred in using other methods.

How much will shipping be to send to my country?

Shipping charges will automatically show up on the shopping cart after you enter the items you want, and the ship-to address.  You do not have to enter your payment information in order to see the shipping charges.


When will I receive my order? Is there a tracking number for my package?


Tracking numbers are not issued on international orders that are shipped via Standard or Priority shipping methods. Therefore, unless you have chosen Express, we cannot track international orders once it leaves our office. While most orders usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, 3-5 weeks is not unheard of either. Unfortunately we cannot control how fast or how slow packages are shipped, or if they get stuck at customs.



I want to sell your products, can you send me some wholesale information?


Please see this page for our basic wholesale information & policies.  If you are still interested in an account after reading everything, you may send an email to wholesale@blueberrydiapers.com for an application form.  Wholesale prices will only be disclosed upon approval of your account.  


Something is wrong with the diaper/s I got.  Can I get them replaced?


If there is something wrong with the product/s you got (i.e. stains, cracked snap, crooked snaps, uneven stitching, something coming loose, etc.),
please send an email to bobby@blueberrydiapers.com and request for the Return/Exchange form and a return label to send the diaper back for replacement.  If you are a U.S. resident, you may use the Prepaid Return label to send the diaper back to us at our expense. 



I did not get a tracking number with my shipping notification, where can I get this information?


If you live in the U.S., please send an email to clint@blueberrydiapers.com to request for your tracking number.  International orders do not get tracking numbers unless they are shipped via Express Mail.




Do you do co-ops?


Sorry, we don't.




I tried to pay via Paypal but had some problems. How can I pay for my order?


If you received an email confirmation of your order, you may pay for the balance of your order via Paypal at sales@blueberrydiapers.com and put your order # on the subject line.  We do not issue Paypal payment requests, so please do not wait to receive an invoice or request for payment from us because all unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 2 days.
